GETTING TO THE UNBOUND
How do I get to The Unbound?
You can find us in the Gardens of Amsterdam West on the Tom Schreursweg 40. From Amsterdam Central Station, it is a 20-minute drive by car or cab to The Unbound. Prefer to take your bike out for a ride? This will take you about 30 minutes. If you want to take public transport, take Bus 21 to Geuzenveld, get off at the Aalbersestraat stop and walk about 15 minutes to The Unbound.
Where can I park my car?
Located behind our Boardwalk suites on the ‘Joris van den Berghweg’, is a large public parking lot. Parking your car here is free of charge. You can walk from the parking lot right into our garden. To get to the Front Desk to check in and/or get your key, take a left at the restaurant and enter The Daily (our shop).
YOUR STAY AT THE UNBOUND
When can I check in?
Our regular check-in time is 3pm. Arriving earlier? It is always possible to drop off your bags or suitcase at the Front Desk or to have a seat in our restaurant or bar while you wait.
When can I check out?
Our regular check-out time is 11am. For late check-out requests, please send an email to email@example.com or make the request in our online module (access the module with the link in your booking confirmation email).
Is it possible to drop my bags off before the check-in time?
Yes. Bags and suitcases may be dropped off before the official check-in time at the Front Desk.
Is it possible to rent a bike?
Yes. Ask our Front Desk for more information and rental rates.
Is it possible to have my laundry done?
Yes, we offer a laundry service at 9,5 euros per load.
Is there a gym or are there other sport facilities?
We don’t have a gym on the estate, but we do offer various areas for outside activity. You can find a secluded Meditation Circle and Yoga Pit in our garden that is accessible for our guests. Also, the Gardens of West are the ideal place for an early run or a long walk.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are allowed in the Field cabins (The Hideout, The Lighthouse, The Wikkel, The Barn). There’s a cleaning surcharge of €25 per night during your stay. Dogs are also welcome in The Lobby (the bar) and in The Daily (the shop).

A reservation can be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, booking online via our website or by giving us a call: +31 (0) 20 531 22 34.

Can I order food and drinks with Cabin Service?
Yes! Find the Cabin Service menu in your cabin or suite by scanning the QR code found in your cabin. Otherwise order via the chat.
Cabin Service is available from 12am-9pm Sunday – Thursday and from 12am-10pm Friday & Saturday.
Can I buy food and drinks on The Unbound estate?
You can get snacks and drinks in The Daily, located next to The Lobby and Unbound Restaurant. Payments can only be done by debit or credit card.
The Daily is open from 8am-9pm from Sunday – Thursday amd from *am – 22:30pm on Friday and Saturdays.

There is a natural playground for kids on the estate, located next to The Unbound Restaurant and Lobby.
ABOUT THE CABINS & SUITES
What type of cabins and suites are there?
There are four different types of cabins and four different types of suites at The Unbound. Our cabins are located in The Field (in the communal garden) and our suites can be found on The Boardwalk (behind the restaurant and bar). Our suites are suitable for a maximum of two guests and our cabins are suitable for 2-5 guests. Read all about our cabin and suites types here.
How can I use the hot tub?
When you book our Lighthouse cabin you will have access to your own private wood-fired hot tub.We also have tubs attached to one Barn and another Wikkel. This hot tub, also known as the ‘Weltevree Dutchtub’ is made from sustainable wood and is heated by firing wood. The tub will be fired for the night of your arrival. If the service is needed for any other evening during your stay, there is a cost of 37,5 euros for the service which included 2 bags of wood.
CANCEL A BOOKING OR RESERVATION
How do I cancel my reservation for The Unbound Restaurant?
We offer two booking rates when you make a reservation with us:
1. Flexible rate
Cancelation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival day 3PM. In case of late cancelation the first night will be charged.
Rate includes VAT and city tax / tourism fee.
2. Non – refundable rate
Invoice to be settled in advance. In case of cancelation deposit is non-refundable.

How do I cancel my booking for a cabin or suite?
Canceling a booking for a cabin or suite is free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time (3pm) on the flexible rate.. You can cancel your booking in the online module (access the module with the link in your booking confirmation email) or by getting in touch with us by phone: +31 (0) 20 531 22 34. When booking on a non refundable rate, rescheduling or cancelling of booking is not possible.
